4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.
5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things. Moroni 10:4-5

Day 10

Read: 1 Nephi 22 – 2 Nephi 1

Mark: 1 Nephi 22:26

“If Satan could but capture our minds, he would have won the battle and the war. He can only do this if we let him. If we refuse to walk with him, he will have no power over us, for God gave us our free agency and Satan cannot take it away. So what I am suggesting is that we refuse to even walk on the same street with Satan. In other words, not only should we avoid evil, we should avoid the very appearance of evil.”
~ Bishop Victor L. Brown

How can Satan be bound in his efforts to influence you?

*For me Satan is at his strongest when I am at my weakest.  When I am not attending church, or reading my scriptures, or doing the things I know I should be doing Satan's little darts sting.  I may not act on the temptations he throws in my path the first or second time he tries to tempt me with something, but if I continue to shut out the Spirit and to listen to the "advice" Satan has for me I will act.  I need to COMPLETELY turn my back and my ears away from Satan. AT ALL TIMES.
